East Java Government empower Batik designer

Batik is traditional culture from Indonesia that so popular around the world.

Indonesia has million archipelagos with different culture and language so that
you find different batik design in every region. The performance of batik design
follows culture philosophy of the region. It will look different between Pekalongan

Traditional culture to design batik using canting, seem not to be interested in by young generations, so that there is no regeneration. Lack of human resources to design batik, make batik production decrease, although few foreigners seem interested in learning batik designing.

Function government here, giving stimulant, capital, motivation, help to promote
batik product and give information how to get personal right (patent) from Government.

HOW TO FIND THE BEST CELLULAR PHONE SERVICE DEAL

By Mike Long

Finding the best cellular phone service deal can seem as frustrating and difficult as shopping for a new car. Nothing can be as vexing as trying to set up a new service plan that you’ll be locked into for two to three years of your life.

There are ways to get around all the headaches and stomach ulcers, though. Just follow these simple tips and just may be able to find the perfect cell phone plan for you.

First, ask around. Probably nine out of ten people that you know--maybe everybody you know!--has a cell phone and a plan. Talking with them about their plans will help you gauge which service plans offer the best deals and which offer the best service.

And don’t worry about people being secretive. Even coworkers, neighbors, and other people who don’t know you so well will be open about their cell phones usually.

If they’re having a hard time with theirs, they’ll want to vent. Or if they love their cell phone, they’ll want to brag about how smart they were in choosing it.

Either way, you’ll come out of it with a list of different providers and their pros and cons. Now to narrow this list down to find the best cellular phone service deal, you’ll need to do some research one your own.

Service plans and offers change monthly, if not daily, so even if you brother got a sweet deal a couple weeks ago, it may not still be available.

Plus, providers offer different plans depending on your location. You’ll need to call that service provider to find out.

Or go online. Many sites on the Internet offer services where you type in your address or zip code, and they provide a list of all the cell phone service providers in your area, as well as their offers, rates, and phones.

After only a few minutes on the Web, and a few conversations with friends, you could have your best cellular phone service deal.

Mike Long is the successful web publisher of Cell-Phone-SuperGuide.com providing valuable tips, advice, and info about a multitude of relevant topics including best cellular phone service deals.

Benefits of Information Communication Technology to
Small Medium enterprises
By Erny Setyawati

The only way to reduce poverty in sustainable way is to promote economic growth, through wealth and employment creation. In Developing Country, SMEs are major source of income, a breeding ground for entrepreneurs and provider of employment.
Growth of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Developing Country are significant, we can see SMEs data improvement below,

1.Bangladesh 177,000 of SMEs with total employment 80 %

2.Indonesia 41,000,000 of SMEs with total employment 70 %

3.Philippines 806,000 of SMEs with total employment 70 %
Indonesia have more Small Medium Enterprises than others countries, we can make conclusion that Indonesian people have more entrepreneurship mindset than others countries. Unluckily SMEs seldom use Information Communication Technology (ICT) , because of lack infrastructures, high cost Internet connection and lack of skill on ICT use. People around the world have been knowing that ICT is important to SMEs, because:

1.Reduces cost of travel, materials, marketing & distribution, enhanced supply chain management, and improved internal function.

2.Market benefits. Greater reach, brand building and awareness and improved customer service.

3.Competitive benefits. 24/7 business hours and speed of transaction.
The ICT have many opportunities and challenges to SMEs, but we must overcome the challenges, as
Internal barriers, management and skills. 70 % of SME in Indonesia are lack of skill on ICT use. Limited telecommunication lines, make high cost slow connections. Beside problems above, culture of Indonesian as, culture to use credit card, shopping habits and trust / security, make SMEs are reluctant to use ICT.

By Erny Setyawati

Digital divide issue becomes problem in Developing Countries. Lack of Information Communication Technology infrastructure and high cost license software, make high cost to Internet users. Peoples become difficult to get global information. Finally, Developing country peoples are difficult to make progress in live and economy. The challenges above, make internal barriers to communities and personal to find business breakthroughs and business opportunities.
Based on Declaration World Summit on the Information Society, December 2003 at Jenewa and based on research of United Nation Conference on Trade Development (UNCTAD) in 2003, the Developing Countries were recommended to use Open Source Software ( OSS).
What are benefits of Open Source Software (OSS)? Please read our descriptions below,

1.The OSS helps Developing Country peoples, finding opportunities in business , to be creative improving a software. Create softwares for business and Government with low cost. So peoples can improve their economy by using ICT.

2.More effective in budget. Give stimulation to industries in order to improve software business and Information Communication Technology industries. Because a license software is expensive in Developing Country .

3.There is no difference between personal license and community license, so that we can decrease Intellectual Property right problem.

4.Helping community and business people get global information easily, decrease digital divide problem, find more niche international markets.

5.Helping peoples, communities, business peoples, students use computer desktops, and laptops in free operation system,so that decrease cost to buy license software.
We must take enough times to implement the OSS software, because of human resource problems, business competitions.
