The purposes of efforts above to support decreasing digital divide problems,
to achieve World Community information that had been planned by 180 countries
world wide on 2015.

in Asia, aid to give improving in human resources.

Through improvement of using Internet Technology, Asian make progress in business.
Marketing uses ICT, can reduce transactions cost while increasing the speed and reliability of transactions.

Benefits of open source software (OSS) to Developing Country.

Digital divide issue becomes problem in Developing Countries. Lack of Information Communication Technology infrastructure and high cost license software, make high cost to Internet users. Peoples become difficult to get global information. Finally, Developing country peoples are difficult to make progress in live and economy. The challenges above, make internal barriers to communities and personal to find business breakthroughs and business opportunities.
Based on Declaration World Summit on the Information Society, December 2003 at Jenewa and based on research of United Nation Conference on Trade Development (UNCTAD) in 2003, the Developing Countries were recommended to use Open Source Software ( OSS).
What are benefits of Open Source Software (OSS)? Please read our descriptions below,

1.The OSS helps Developing Country peoples, finding opportunities in business , to be creative improving a software. Create softwares for business and Government with low cost. So peoples can improve their economy by using ICT.

2.More effective in budget. Give stimulation to industries in order to improve software business and Information Communication Technology industries. Because a license software is expensive in Developing Country .

3.There is no difference between personal license and community license, so that we can decrease Intellectual Property right problem.

4.Helping community and business people get global information easily, decrease digital divide problem, find more niche international markets.
