The strategies of Indonesia Government to decrease digital divide

Indonesia as developing country has many problems to decrease digital divide. Challenges that Indonesia must face, as internal barriers, lack of skills on ICT use, culture, beside external barriers, as lack of regulatory frame work and security issues.
Indonesia ICT Award 2008 (INAiCTA), one of Indonesia effort to make progress in ICT.
INAICTA is special program to give awards in order to motivate ICT industries in Indonesia. We can say that INAICTA is program for APICTA preparation. APICTA is ICT Award program in Pacific Asia. According to calendar schedule, APICTA will be held on November 12 – 16, 2008 at JCC Jakarta Indonesia.

Programs that INAICTA will take place at Jakarta, beginning March 2008, as
1.Beginning road show and publication program
2.Business matching program
3.Workshop
4. Exhibition.
INAICTA program has purposes, to give motivation to ICT Industries, and gives chance to the best contestant to sell and meet investors.
There are 10 categories that INAICTA give to contestant;
1.e Government
2.e Business (Finance, automation)
3.e Education, e entertainment,
4.Supply chain management, tool & infrastructure, research & development, student project
(elementary school, junior high school, senior high school) and smart campus.

The best winner will take part in APICTA in Pacific Asia. Before they take part in APICTA program, the senior APICTA participant will share experiences about:
1.How to handle jury
2.How to give the best presentation and marketing.
By doing many efforts, Indonesia government hope can give motivation to their people in order to follow ICT improvement.

on backplane configuration: thin PET 330 microns, PET 380 microns, or PI 375 microns. PET options provide 200 micron design rules for the art work or space and trace of 8 mils by 8 mils. The finer pitch PI option uses 100 micron design rules for 4 mils by 4 mils. Increased temperature ranges with operations from -10°C to 60°C, and storage from -25°C to 75°C.
